Looking for Reliable Verizon Agent to Send Leads To (and Get Paid)

A TA member has a call center client that gets a lot of calls from people wanting to order Verizon residential, wireless & SMB services like DSL, etc. 

Does anyone know a reliable Verizon agent out there that pays for good leads?

Background: A TA member is looking for an agent or master agent with a direct relationship with GTT (Global Telecom and Technologies) out of McLean, VA that bought Denver-based WBS Connect late last year. 

The inquiring TA member is looking to sell a GTT / WBSconnect circuit but needs to know if GTT's any good and needs a direct agent relationship to place the order with.

They also need to know GTT / WBS's reputation for implementation, customer service and paying agents.
